In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup services will be closed for the holidays from December 24 -26.
We will resume in-store pickup on December 27.
Please see the instructions below for how to pick up your online order in-store outside of these closure dates
How it Works?
- Go to your shopping Cart and select the In-Store Pickup button.
- Wait for the Pickup Confirmation email (the third email you should received after Received & Processed) that your order is ready for pickup. Your order will not be ready for pickup until you receive this confirmation.
- Proceed to our retail location where pickup is available anytime during retail store hours which is Sunday to Wednesday 11AM-6PM and Thursday to Saturday 11AM-7PM.
Where do I pickup my order?
If you are driving to our retail store, you can park anywhere in the Manulife Centre`s underground parking garage located off of Charles Street. When you arrive at the entrance to the parking garage:
- Take a parking ticket and park in any of the available parking spots.
- Take the elevator upstairs to Level 1.
- Proceed to our main entrance to our front cash and give them your name & order number. We will bring your order out to you.
- When you leave the parking garage, insert your parking ticket into the machine to exit the building.

What happens if I don't pickup my order?
If you do not pickup your order within 30 days from the date your order was placed, you will receive an online gift card for the value of the order. We do not issue refunds to anyone who does not pickup their order.
